The Company currently has 7 directors. An overview about each of the directors is provided below:

Brent H. Zettl, B.S.A., President and Chairman PM Power Group

Mark Pierpont  Secretary/Treasurer PM Power Group

  • Graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

  • Former Ontonagon County Equalization Director and State of Michigan Property Analyst.

  • Served as Chairman of Subterra LLC, Chairman of the Ontonagon County Renaissance Zone Committee, Chairman for the White Pine Industrial Park Committee, and Chairman for the Carp Lake Township Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.

  • Currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer on the PM Power Group Board of Directors and as the Executive Director of Subterra LLC.

 

Steve Walsh

  • Over 20 years in the energy/power/mining space with significant P&L responsibility running difficult businesses on 5 continents

  • Former VP for the AES corporation where he led the business portfolios in Ukraine, Kazakhstan & the Middle East.  Former CEO of Traxys Power Group-previous owners of PMPG.

  • 26 years of active duty military service with multiple combat assignments with special missions units worldwide.

  • Graduate US Naval Academy & Harvard Business School.

Scott Grossenbach

  • Over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry in multiple disciplines; supply chain, sales operations, government/Medicare/Medicaid regulations and sales.

  • Currently managing P&L for over $350M in sales for US mid-tier generic pharmaceutical company

  • Geological Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University and MBA from University of Michigan

  • Served on Carp Lake Township MI Board

 

Charles Perricone

  • Former Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives

  • Founder/CEO of The Perricone Group of Companies

  • Publisher, Dome Magazine

  • Honorary Doctorate from Western Michigan University

  • BBA Degree w/ Honors from Western Michigan University

 

Dana Johnson

  • Thirty-six years of manufacturing, consulting, and academia experience. As a business owner, clients included General Motors, Ford Motor Company, DTE, United Autoworkers International, GMAC, GMIC, and many small and medium manufacturers.

  • Holds advanced degrees in business and engineering include a PhD in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.

  • Holds seven professional certifications – five in quality engineering/management and two in accounting.

  • Retired Professor of Supply Chain and Engineering Management at Michigan Technological University, Houghton MI with research focus areas of biofuels supply chain, healthcare quality, international standards, business feasibility, operations strategy and performance measurement.

 

Jim Partanen

  • Principal of the A.D. Johnston High School on three separate occasions; most recently from July, 2005 through August 2006.

  • Served on the Grand View Hospital Finance Authority from 1989 to 2014, Bessemer Area School Board 1990 – 1993, and the Gogebic County Federal Credit Union Board of Directors 2012 – 2014.

  • Graduate of Michigan Technological University BS in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting.  Passed the CPA exam in November of 1975, receiving a license to practice public accounting in May of 1976.  Worked with several small accounting firms from 1974 – 1990 as staff accountant in various capacities in tax and audit positions.  From 1990 until present, he maintained a small public accounting tax and bookkeeping practice as well as serving full time as a teacher in the Bessemer Area School District.  Taught classes for Lake Superior State University in their MBA program and also taught classes for the Michigan Township Association.
